Our well equipped dining kitchen accommodates 6 at the dining table. There is a full size fridge, microwave/oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine (Lavazza) and washing machine. The lounge has quality furniture, smart TV with freeview and sonos sound system. A beautiful spiral staircase leads upstairs to 2 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed which can be converted to 2 single beds if required. Fitted wardrobe provides ample storage space. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed with quality memory foam mattress. Shower room complete with toiletries. There is a communal grassy area to the front of the property which is used as a drying green. Outdoor seating is provided at the front door for your exclusive use. There is nothing better than sitting here with a cup of coffee in the morning watching the world go by! The famous Aberdeen Beach is 50 yards from the front door. There are many beach activities available. A play park is located right beside the beach. It is perfect for families. The beach front is packed with a variety of independent cafes, mobile food outlets and beach activities. The top rated restaurant “The Silver Darling” is 2 minutes walk from our front door. There is also a variety of shops within walking distance. A regular bus service is available from Footdee to the City centre. However, if you prefer to walk it is only 20 minutes by foot. -Free parking nearby.
